QuickBooks Online
Invoice sync for lien deadline operations
LienDeadline connects to QuickBooks Online so users can import recent invoices, verify state and project type, calculate lien deadlines, and optionally write lien status back to the linked invoice.
Connect
Users authorize LienDeadline from the dashboard using Intuit's approved Connect to QuickBooks button.
Import
Recent QuickBooks invoices are listed in the verification queue with customer, amount, date, and calculated deadline fields.
Review
Users confirm state and project type before saving an imported invoice as a monitored project.
Sync back
When enabled, lien status and deadline updates can be written to the linked QuickBooks invoice private note or configured custom field.
Multi-company
Accountants and operators with multiple QuickBooks companies can select the active company and disconnect one company without affecting others.
Disconnect
Users can disconnect from QuickBooks from the integration settings page. Imported calculations remain available in LienDeadline.
