1. Service Description

LienDeadline.com provides mechanics lien deadline calculations based on state statutes. We offer:

10 free trial calculations (3 without email, 7 more with email)
Unlimited calculations for $149/month subscription

3. Accuracy Disclaimer

While we strive for accuracy:

State laws can change without notice
We update our rules quarterly
We are not liable for missed deadlines
You should verify critical deadlines with your attorney

4. Subscription Terms

Price:

$149/month for unlimited calculations
Billing:

Automatic monthly renewal via Stripe
Cancellation:

Cancel anytime, no penalties
Refunds:

Pro-rated refunds on request within 7 days

5. Acceptable Use

You may NOT:

Share your account credentials
Scrape or copy our calculation logic
Use automated tools to abuse free trials
Resell access to our service

6. Limitation of Liability

LienDeadline.com is not liable for:

Financial losses from missed deadlines
Errors in calculations
Service downtime or interruptions

Maximum liability is limited to one month's subscription fee ($149).

7. Broker/Partner Payout Terms

If you participate in our Partner Program as a broker:

Commission Models: You choose the following model:
- $44.70/month recurring per active referred customer (30% commission, paid monthly)
60-Day Hold Period: All commissions are held for 60 days after the FIRST successful customer payment date before becoming eligible for payout. For recurring commissions, each monthly invoice has its own 60-day hold period. This protects against chargebacks, refunds, and disputes.
Payment Method: Payouts are made via ACH or PayPal. You must provide valid payout information.
Clawbacks: If a referred customer requests a refund or initiates a chargeback, any pending commissions for that customer will be voided. If commission was already paid, it will be deducted from future payouts.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms, without prior notice.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on our website.
